Supply Chain Coordinator
Description
We are looking for a talented onsite Supply Chain Coordinator to join our Team specializing in Supply Chain Planning for our Upfit Center in Fort Worth, Texas.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Under minimal supervision, determines the quantity and order date for materials needed to meet the master production schedule or independent customer demand. Expedites purchase or production orders as appropriate.
Managing inventory including but not limited to: increasing inventory turns, evaluating excess parts and quantity buys.
Ordering parts needed for Upfit (responsible for a list of Suppliers and following up with Suppliers returns/discrepancies).
Reconciling Supplier Invoices as needed.
Works with Quality to disposition non-conforming material in a timely manner.
Supports the Deliver Supplier Improvement Process initiative to improve performance metrics.
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
College, University or equivalent degree in Business, Engineering or related field preferred.
Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience in an equivalent field such as Materials Planning, Production Scheduling, Manufacturing or Inventory Control.
Purchasing experience and/or experience working with Suppliers preferred.
Qualified candidate will have extensive data analytics experience, Supply Chain and leadership experience with the ability to multi-task, take ownership and drive a project effectively and efficiently.
Exposure to BMS (Business Management System) or similar tool.
Please note, this position is 100% onsite and a critical function of the Manufacturing Upfit Center.
This position does not require any Department of Transportation (DOT) related pre-screenings.

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
