Title: Logistics Coordinator
The Logistics Coordinator will support VAS activities, R/B Grade activities, and rework. This position will organize and implement a variety of responsibilities related to the flow of materials, products, services, and associated systems information.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Monitor rework status at multiple facilities.
Schedule rework activities with multiple facilities and monitor status.
Manage/monitor and order supplies/parts needed.
Review and approve deviations.
Coordinate with purchasing/planning/COS departments regarding rework activities.
Managing projects with an approximate annual sales value of $40M for the company (R grade/Costco/VAS rework) to insure jobs are completed in timely manner.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong Microsoft Office skills specifically Excel.
Good problem recognition and resolution skills.
Must demonstrate good teamwork and flexibility.
Must be able to work effectively in a high volume, fast paced, and multi-tasked environment with all levels of management, both internal and external.
Must be able to work independently and under pressure.
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree a plus.
Some experience working with 3rd party logistics suppliers is preferred.
Exposure to ISO documentation.
Knowledge of logistics operations.
Hands on experience with Oracle applications is strongly preferred.
Consumer electronics experience a plus.
