Job Description: Sr. Supply Chain Business Process Analyst

The Sr. Supply Chain Business Process Analyst reports into Operations and is a bridge between Operations and IT. The role of the Sr. Supply Chain Business Process Analyst is to evaluate existing Supply Chain business processes, to propose improvements to the existing processes and systems, and to facilitate the implementation of the approved improvements. The ideal candidate has strong advanced supply planning implementation skills. The Sr. Supply Chain Business Process Analyst reports to the Sr. Director, Supply Chain Business Systems.


  • Work collaboratively and independently to map and document the "Is" flows.

  • Lead cross-functional efforts to understand existing gaps and potential solutions

  • Identify, document, and propose "to-be" solutions

  • Create Business Requirement Documents and user acceptance test scripts

  • Manage the delivery of the approved changes, provide user training, and facilitate change management


  • Semiconductor supply chain planning

  • Strong Process design and re-engineering

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing BOMs, Routes, and workflows

  • Strong Excel and ad hoc reporting

  • Strong communication, presentation, and documentation ability

  • BS degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or equivalent; MS preferred

  • APICS certification preferred

Full parts lifecycle (pathfinding, selection, TD, HVM, clean/refurb, location, forward and reverse logistics, warranty capture, Intel Module Repair (IMR). Full Intel internal manufacturing scope (Fab, Sort, Assembly and Test equipment). Start with Fab and fab-like Assembly. Experience High tolerance to ambiguity, ability to efficiently define concrete strategies and plans in such an environment. Broad technical, commercial, and operational skills. Demonstrated ability to partner with and influence key stakeholders as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive breakthrough solutions. Must have an executive presence in engaging with suppliers at the CEO level with constructive confrontation and collaboration. Qualifications Degree in Engineering and MBA preferred with 10-15 years of experience in supply chain management or Operations.
