Supply Chain Business Intelligence Manager
Whirlpool is seeking a qualified candidate to fill a Supply Chain Business Intelligence Manager opening within the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) - Visual Management and Data Analytics team. This is a critical role to support the development of self-service performance dashboards for the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) organization. This work will enable all levels of the organization to quickly understand performance and drive intelligent business decisions using data. The person in this role will have both process and people management accountability.
Lead a team of reporting/dashboard developers which includes managing performance and professional development
Work with business stakeholders to understand key performance indicators (KPI), dashboard/reporting requirements, and overall project timelines
Plan resources appropriately to meet project timelines
Ensure standards are being followed for dashboard development and process documentation
Lead execution of future state iterations of visual management strategy
Manage project intake process/Ensure work is being prioritized based on business needs
Develop and maintain data governance standards within the dashboards
Track dashboard user performance, quality, and reliability
Work with business to decommission or migrate individually owned legacy reports to standard centralized dashboards
Provide business stakeholders and senior management with updates regarding dashboard use cases and project timelines
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or Computer Information Systems
Master's Degree or MBA
Direct people leadership experience
Operational Excellence (OPEX), Six Sigma and/or other Lean experience
Hands-on experience with SAP systems and data visualization/analytical tools such as Tableau, SQL, Excel, Google, or Access
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent time management, prioritization abilities, and process management
Ability to consistently deliver results through direct and indirect influence
Strong communications skills. Must be able to communicate to all levels of the organization
