Overview
This position is responsible to support the Rockstar brand ensuring RM availability in the Arlington plant. Including but not limited to PO entry, inbound tracking and delivery coordination, blocked invoice resolution, reporting and vendor communication. Support supply chain reporting capabilities, transportation updates/order tracking, rebalancing inventory (STO creation), and inventory reporting.
Responsibilities
Manage order creation/management for Rockstar raw materials.
SAP reporting, inventory reporting and order tracking/updates in SAP.
Preparation of Supply Chain reports as needed.
STO maintenance for Arlington to DC shipments.
STO creation to rebalance inventory within the DC network.
Support innovation/ speed to market by partnering with commercialization team and suppliers to meet target dates for launches.
Innovation tracking and reporting.
Investigate and process blocked invoices.
Vendor management and follow up
Maintain effective communication with customers, co-workers and management team.
Ensure urgent orders are processed in timely manner.
Support with blocked invoices for issue resolution.
Maintain GCS documentation and ensure full compliance & successfully complete SOX and GCS audits as required
Compliance with all Manufacturing GMP and Plant Food Safety & Quality Policies
Adherence to FSSC 22000 and FSMA standards to ensure the production of a safe product
Responsible for maintaining and complying with all applicable PepsiCo, Federal, State, and Local regulations and standards.
Follow all applicable facility health, safety, and environmental requirements (e.g. PPE policy) and procedures for reporting incidents and/or injuries per the PepsiCo Employee Handbook.
Authority to immediately address safety risks
Assist in continuous improvement of ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, GEHSMS programs and procedures though active participation in the near miss/good catch program.
Compensation and Benefits:
The expected compensation range for this position is between $55,800 - $87,000 based on a full-time schedule.
Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, inventory control and/or logistics functions required
Prior experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Problem solving and analytics skills.
Ability to be able to communicate both verbally and in writing in a clear and concise manner.
SAP experience preferred.
Knowledge of Lean Six-Sigma concepts and methodologies.
Ability to manage multiple complex tasks to completion.
Ability to energize, develop, and build rapport at all levels within an organization.
