The Role:

The Replenishment Ops Project Coordinator serves as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and coordinator for AMR Customer Supply Chain replenishment operations for all activities associated with project goals and deliverables. In this role, the coordinator will own and communicate guidance to AMR Order Management and Replenishment Operations as to how order scheduling, inventory control, and order releases should be managed to attain project goals. These activities may include but are not limited to; Oracle order management direction, inventory monitoring and direction or communication with Arvato DC personnel, and facilitate meetings as required to accomplish the objectives of the project within the AMR.

With data integrity and customer service as equal priorities, in this role the Project Coordinator will collaborate cross functionally with other Supply Chain departments in the company and externally with client's 3rd party providers to continuously support and strive to improve performance of the systems used to execute retail order fulfillment and other related transactions such that the goals and requirements of the project are realized and completed.

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as primary SME (Subject Matter Expert) for projects within the AMR Replenishment Operations team.

• Interact as required in Oracle and companion applications within AMR Customer Supply Chain.

• Create collaborative processes with internal and 3PL partners to facilitate order drops, inventory control, and shipments to meet project and customer requirements.

• Own and execute project control and monitoring documents, reporting, instructions, and communications for the AMR.

• Create and maintain order process documentation as needed. Develop future processes and procedures to support project requirements.

• Provide clear instructions for Order Management and Replenishment Operations such that the schedule is maintained, and all required team member activities are communicated.

• It is expected that learnings will be applied to subsequent product transition activities as the project progresses to completion.

• Lead resolution of technical issues affecting projects and on-time, efficient fulfillment of customer orders.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain such as Inventory Control, Logistics, or Planning.

• 5+ years of experience with ERP systems/Oracle, Business Intelligence tools.

• Experience working with 3rd party partners, IT technical personnel, and in projects while meeting corporate goals and initiatives.

• Ability to communicate effectively, lead meetings, and work with internal and external partners.

• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent.

• Analytical skills with strategic mindset, capacity to develop solutions to complex problems.

• High level communication skills with strong attention to details, excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong sense of urgency, ability to maintain priorities and deadlines in a busy and dynamic environment.

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word

Education:
