We are seeking a high caliber Senior Supply Chain Analyst experienced with web and database development. The Senior Supply Chain Analyst acquires and assesses supplier performance information to identify risk and cost reduction opportunities within our End-to-End Supply Chain.

Your roles and responsibilities:

  • Manage our Supply Chain Risk Management process.

  • Manage the acquisition of supplier performance data from SAP and maintain this information within the tool, as applicable.

  • Facilitate cross-functional reviews of supplier performance data and/or commercial information and make appropriate recommendations for actions to reduce risk and/or identify cost savings opportunities.

  • Provide updates and thorough communication to management.

  • Provide coaching and training support on the risk management process and Supplier Development tools.

  • Maintain proficiency in the use of SAP, Hanna and Business Warehouse reporting.

Your experience(s), education and knowledge:

  • Programming and or experience in HTML, PHP, JavaScript, SQL and CSS.

  • Bachelor's degree in related field.

  • Five to seven years as a supply chain analyst or equivalent including three to five years working in front-end and back-end design and development of websites or similar experience.

  • SAP experience required.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative communication style.

  • A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace.

  • Ability to challenge and debate issues of importance and view situations from several points of view.

  • Strong verbal and written communications with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization

  • Multi-tasks, prioritizes and meets deadlines in timely manner.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (proficiency in use of macros, pivot tables and v-look-ups).

Several components of the template solution involve sophisticated optimization tools to model and solve business problems such as MPS (Master Production Scheduling). In the end state, these solutions will manage 100+ manufacturing plants across the globe. The primary function of this role will be to design/configure the models/solutions to deliver highly optimized supply plans which reduce inventory, maximize fill rates and deliver productivity Working with global partners (Global ISCP, IT teams and Sector teams) to improve and sustain business performance and capabilities will be key components of this role. As the ISCP template grows in adoption across the globe, this role will build bench strength and grow & develop additional optimization and modelling talent capabilities. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and support optimization models for Production Planning & Scheduling for PepsiCo foods and beverage plants globally using Mosel optimization package * Deploy and Test optimization models for global deployments of PepsiCo's MPS tool (Daily Production Planner - DPP) * Troubleshoot and resolve production issues relates to existing MPS optimization models which have been deployed at multiple sites (globally) * Continuous improvement: interact with Global COE and Sector ISCP teams to validate and enhance key DPP optimization and modelling approaches * Develop analytic tools to supplement 'control tower' strategy in order to facilitate centralization * Monitoring / support / sustainment of global deployments * Contribute towards ongoing Global ISCP analytics project needs Qualifications/Requirements * MS degree in a quantitative field such as Operations Research, Applied Math or Industrial Engineering * 3 months to One year of experience in the area of optimization using math programming techniques such as Mixed Integer Linear Programming * Knowledge of Mosel optimization package (or a similar tool like GAMS, iLog, Gurobi) is preferable * Experience with writing SQL queries * Knowledge of VBA, Excel pivots and MS Access * Ability to work autonomously as well as with others as part of a team * Excellent oral and written communication skills * Commitment to high quality work Relocation Eligible: Not Eligible for Relocation Job Type: Regular All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability status.
