The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for providing analytic and project support to the Supply Chain Management team. They will mine data, monitor and track results, provide analysis, and develop reports/presentations to communicate results. They will also help improve the customer experience through data driven insights. Collaborate with the Demand Planning, Inventory Planning and Supply Planning teams on next generation reporting and analysis. This position is a key contributor to the success of the Supply Chain organization, driving the "Right Product, Right Place, Right Time" philosophy.
The right candidate will have experience in an analytical function, strong attention to detail, and demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively across all functions. Having experience with Microsoft Power BI and Anaplan will be a plus. This position will report to the Senior Supply Chain Planning Manager.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Run Daily, Weekly, and Monthly reports to drive decision making and efficiencies.
Business Intelligence SME for the Supply Chain team.
Anaplan SME for the Supply Chain Planning team.
Maintain accuracy of planning data in ERP and APS systems
Prepare and present analysis clearly to team members, internal and external customers
Provide project support
Assist in improving planning processes and systems
Improve the customer experience through data insights
Routinely interact with internal and external customers
0-2 years' experience in an analytical role
Business Intelligence experience, Power BI preferred
Intermediate/Advanced Excel (Vlookups, Pivot Tables/Charts, VBA a plus)
Advanced Planning System experience, Anaplan preferred
Ability to manipulate and analyze large amounts of data
Ability to monitor own work to ensure the accuracy and quality of the data and reports.
