Supply Chain Analyst

Duration: 03 Months Description: Client is looking for a Supply Chain Analyst for their Warehouse in Charlotte as part of their new SAP portal.

Responsibilities: Demonstrated experience in implementing and managing supply chain SAP tools. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively. • Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure smooth SAP and supplier portal integration. • Conduct regular audits and performance reviews of the supplier portal tool to identify areas of improvement. • Ability to provide feedback on the tool to ensure accuracy. • Detail-oriented mindset and proficiency in system configuration in Supply Chain sites. • Work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot the new supplier Portal tool. • Reduce the risk handled in managing the warehouse data. • Validate the information received and work in our supplier portal to create the ASNs. • Generate ASNs within the new Supplier Portal to facilitate accuracy. • Optimize the process to provide high-quality service/product with adequate information. • Analyzes data and methods to predict and improve products and services to suppliers. • Ability to be detailed in reviewing information from suppliers. • Proven experience in a warehouse environment or a supply chain role. • Understanding of supply chain/warehousing principles. • Ability to work in digital systems, solve problems, and critical thinking. Experience: Supply Chain Experience: Proven experience in a warehouse or supply chain role, ideally with a focus on logistics, inventory management, or distribution.

SAP Experience: Demonstrated experience with SAP tools, including implementation and management of supply chain modules. Supplier Portal Management:

Experience in working with supplier portals or similar digital systems to manage supplier relationships and data. Data Analysis: Experience in analyzing supply chain data to improve processes and predict trends.

Process Improvement: Prior experience in conducting audits and performance reviews to identify areas for operational improvement. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Experience working with cross-functional teams to address challenges and implement solutions. Warehouse Operations: Familiarity with warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory control processes.

Problem-Solving: Proven track record of solving complex problems within a supply chain context. Communication Skills:

Experience in effectively communicating with various stakeholders, including suppliers, team members, and management. Configuration and Setup: Experience in system configuration and setup related to supply chain processes.

Skills: SAP Proficiency: Experience in implementing and managing SAP tools specific to supply chain processes.

Problem-Solving:

Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently. Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with teams and stakeholders. Collaboration: Ability to work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and functionality of tools.

Audit and Review Skills:

Experience in conducting audits and performance reviews to identify areas for improvement. Attention to Detail:

A meticulous approach to reviewing data and ensuring accuracy in processes. System Configuration: Proficiency in configuring supply chain systems to optimize performance.

Data Management: Skills in validating and managing data, including generating Advanced Ship Notices (ASNs). Process Optimization: Ability to analyze and enhance existing processes for better service quality.

Analytical Thinking: Capacity to analyze data to predict trends and improve products and services. Supply Chain Knowledge:

Strong understanding of supply chain and warehousing principles. Critical Thinking: Ability to think critically and adapt to digital systems and challenges.
