As part of the team, you will have the opportunity to be a part of driving the Supply Chain Digital Transformation at Thrive Freeze Dry.
Essential Functions Include:
The responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the documentation and translation of Supply Chain Value Stream requirements into executable solutions deployed to our business that enable what-if simulations, end-to-end supply chain collaboration, and real-time analytics within the existing platform. This will entail cross-functional collaboration across Planning, Distribution, Operations Management, Production Operations, and Information Technology.
Facilitate the SI&OP framework with our Supply Chain Analyst to help prepare for both our SI&OP and Executive SI&OP monthly meetings.
Work closely with our Logistics Manager to create and transact work orders and transfer orders for our international locations.
Require a deep understanding of Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) and network scheduling, applications, and Microsoft Dynamics environment, as well as our internal customer processes for demand management, supply chain management, master scheduling, make and supplier capacity, inventory management, and others.
Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions and data to assure achievement of internal customer requirements.
Collaborate with supply chain and enterprise-level operational excellence teams to standardize these business processes and provide solutions that enable them.
Be responsible for leveraging project management skills to drive the creation and execution of improvement plans.
Be responsible for promoting the enterprise perspective while ensuring the delivery of solutions to successfully meet individual commitments.
Be able to be flexible and balance priorities to support goals and targets while providing the internal customer solutions in support of business decisions.
Lead and drive the creation of process maps based upon processes as well as create and enhance resources (workbooks, alerts, process flows, dashboards, etc.) within ERP tools.
Support the Sales and Procurement Inventory improvement plan meeting.
Works closely with the executive team on what if scenarios for global capacity planning and utilization.
Qualifications Include:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or related technical field of study preferred.
1+ years experience with data analysis, mapping out process flows and identifying root cause of problem areas.
Experience in project management including effective change management.
Experience in Microsoft Office Suite
Understanding of MRP as well as its integration with other departments, including Supply Chain Management, and Production Operations.
Understanding of network scheduling in Just Foods.
Demonstrated ability to extract and align broad and complex information.
Experience with Information Technology applications, integration, and support, including data manipulation or database applications.
Experienced track record of delivery process / system alignment, including user training.
Strong communication skills (verbal, written and presentation)
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Physical environment/working conditions: The position is in an office of a manufacturing setting and could involve sitting, standing, and walking throughout the day. Unrestricted visual and audio abilities are required for the safety of all employees.
Equipment and Machinery used: Located in an office setting working with office equipment. Exposed to Freeze dryers, cutters, scales, packaging materials, scales, pallet jacks, and other materials necessary to the production and packaging of products.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
