Supply Chain Analyst - Starco Impex Inc. (Beaumont, TX) Job Duties: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, logistics, and finance, to align supply chain strategies with business goals.

Collect and analyze data; and design, develop and maintain databases related to product sales, order fulfillment, and inventory turnover using advanced MS Excel with pivot tables and advanced formulas and MS Power BI. Analyze historical sales data and market trends to forecast demand for various convenience store products. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to gather relevant information for accurate forecasting.

Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock levels to meet customer demand while minimizing excess or obsolete inventory. Implement inventory replenishment strategies and reorder points to maintain adequate stock levels. Work with suppliers to negotiate terms, lead times, and pricing agreements.

Assess supplier performance and address any issues related to quality, delivery, or cost. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize supply chain processes. Manage customer orders and ensure on-time delivery while minimizing shipping costs.

Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment. Continuously identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction within the supply chain. Implement process enhancements, such as automation and technology solutions, to increase efficiency.

Assess and mitigate supply chain risks, such as transportation delays, supplier disruptions, or quality issues. Develop contingency plans to address potential supply chain disruptions. Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the performance of the supply chain.

Regularly report on KPIs and make recommendations for improvements. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to product handling, labeling, and transportation. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to supply chain activities.

Communicate with customers and suppliers to resolve issues and build strong relationships. Analyze supply chain costs, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory holding costs. Identify cost-saving opportunities and work on cost optimization projects.

Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in supply chain management. Prepare regular reports for management and stakeholders to provide insights into supply chain performance, trends, and recommendations using Power BI and MS Excel advanced formulas and pivot tables. Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Supply Chain Engineering, or Industrial Engineering plus two (2) years of documented experience in project management adhering to strict deadlines.
