As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will:

  • Drive decision making through lightning fast analysis with great visualization

  • Provide in-depth analysis of large data sets and historical trends to find ways to improve business results.

  • Build out reporting structure within teams to ensure data is presented in manner most optimal to supply chain organization

  • Build out reporting and dashboards to tell stories of how the business is improving and quickly identify opportunities for growth.

  • Have extensive Excel and SQL skills to analyze large amounts of data.

  • Provide ad-hoc analysis on various Supply Chain strategy and presenting results in a clear manner

  • Ensure Quick Turnaround on reporting requests to suffice business needs.

  • Experience with Data Visualization Software Power BI, Tableau, Other

Responsibilities: Determine, manage, and continuously improve overall supply chain strategy for Lincoln plant Manage department financials / budget, investments, equipment, staffing, etc. Manage Lincoln plant sourcing / purchasing Manage Lincoln plant manufacturing scheduling (focused on productivity and efficiency) Manage Lincoln plant internal logistics, including storage, delivery, pick-up, transportation routes, staffing, etc Manage Lincoln plant external logistics, including delivery, pick-up, transportation routes, business partners, etc Manage the Lincoln plant return and removal system (e.g., returnable packaging and supplies, scrap, recyclables, waste, etc) Manage / coordinate delivery, forecasting, and ordering activities between Lincoln plant and customers/customer service, as well as between Lincoln plant and suppliers Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in a related field Min. 5 years of experience in manufacturing supply chain / logistics Min. 3 years of experience in lean manufacturing / lean logistics Min. 3 years production scheduling experience within a manufacturing environment Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in supply chain management / logistics or Industrial Engineering Master's degree in supply chain management or related field APICS certification(s) SAP "super user" EEO Statement EEO / AA / Disabled / Protected Veteran Employer.
