About the Team:

The Operations team, frequently known as Ops, are master organizers. They thrive on the logistics of stufffrom managing our shipping systems to fine-tuning timelines to keeping a close eye on our inventory. Ops work with every single employee at Rothy's, including our retail staff, and they make organizational magic wherever they go.

About the Role:

The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for a variety of projects that help to ensure our product is in the right place at the right time. The right person will be able to partner cross functionally with internal and external stakeholders in regards to shipping and receiving, DC and store associates, shipping and logistics, etc. They must be able to gather information regarding consumers and products and use the data to identify trends to make decisions. Along with having an analytical and puzzle solving mindset, creating a strong partnership at every touchpoint from factory to point of sale, will contribute towards the success of our expanding brand.

What you'll do:

  • Provide analysis on relevant data gathered through a multitude of reporting sources including: inventory, costs, productivity, shipping, etc.

  • Manage all flow of inventory through ERP (enterprise resource planning), WMS (warehouse management system), and POS (point of sale) technical systems

  • Heavy data entry for supply chain. PO management, store allocation processing, inventory transfers between DCs , reverse logistics (return processing)

  • Provide insights to the data and make recommendations for improvement

You Have:

  • 2+ years of allocation, supply chain management, or product distribution experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, economics, analytics, or supply chain

  • Highly analytical, with strong attention to detail

  • Strong interest in supply chain, and eCommerce space

  • Knowledge of SAP/JE a bonus but not required
