To support our rapid growth, we are hiring a Supply Chain Analyst to join our growing team here in Austin, TX! Reporting to our Director of Supply Chain, the Supply Chain Analyst will be responsible for supporting the execution and reporting of all supply chain activities and metrics including procurement, vendor performance, demand planning, supply planning, and inventory management.

What youll be doing:

  • Develop, manage, and maintain accurate excel models for co-packer manufacturing, 3PL inventory tracking, demand planning, and KPI dashboards
  • Update Inventory and S&OP tools with input from sales and marketing to accurately record inventory projections, capacity constraints, new product launch dates, and stock out risks
  • Analyze data to identify areas of improvement in work processes, efficiencies, and cost savings opportunities; recommend and implement complete process improvement projects
  • Develop, collect, track, and analyze operational activity required to maintain vendor scorecards and report on PetHonestys Supply Chain KPIs
  • Diligently review and update existing documentation on SOPs for operational business processes as required and build new documentation where none exist


  • 2-4 years working in supply chain environment, preferred experience with contract manufacturers and 3PLs
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel required
  • Experienced in analyzing complex sets of data to improve supply chain processes, opportunities, and reporting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Overall ability to identify issues and develop and implement solutions that drive financial and operational performance improvement
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically, a persistent attention to detail, and a high level of comfort in working with ambiguity
  • Proven ability to organize, analyze and present data, and relate findings to business solutions

Highly Preferred:

  • Bachelor's Degree in MIS, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or related field
  • Experience in ERP systems implementation preferred
  • Fundamental understanding of S&OP or Integrated Business Planning

The Supply Chain Analyst will assist strategic projects for improvement, expansion, flexibility and cost savings within the YETI warehousing, customization, transportation and supply chain space.
