To drive benchmark service to the North American Dealer & Distributor Network through development & management of world-class transportation networks and service. This position is the key to our Outbound Organization's ability to provide an unparalleled Customer Experience to our ever-expanding Parts Distribution Center Network.
This person will be responsible for the management of Carrier's Performance in key areas directly impacting our Customer's Experience.
Regular communication, exception management, escalation, and KPI reporting daily/weekly/monthly as required.
This person will support strategy development relative to performance management, dealer communications, ramp-up and implementation of new service provider contract and more.

Will lead the continuous improvement efforts for their area of responsibility.
Preparation, alignment, and presentation of data analysis to management at all levels will be required regularly.
This person will work with large amounts of data, set up processes to capture pertinent data where it is not available today and will help lead the team in developing ways to extract knowledge from given data.
This person should be in regular contact with our PDC network and act as an advisor and provide support regarding all transportation needs within their area of responsibility.
Monitor the transportation market for the US and Canada regarding new transportation/logistical trends and technologies.
Follow the political, legal, and technological changes/developments of the market through external sources such as daily news, papers and supply chain publications etc.
Bachelor's degree OR an associate's degree with 1 year of related experience OR 4 years of related experience required

Master's degree in Business Administration preferred
1 year of group lead, project lead or mentoring experience required
Business - General Knowledge of fundamental business practices and concepts that impact the success and profitability of the organization preferred.
Experience working with and knowledge of the different modes of transportation preferred.
Experience & high-level of proficiency with data organization, data management, data analysis and interpretation preferred.
Experience with process mapping, design and continuous improvement required.
Experience in project management & performance management required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office to include Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook required.
Experience managing multiple 3rd party service providers preferred.
Direct experience with or management of LTL operations is a major benefit preferred.
Experience setting up and managing a successful KPI program to monitor service levels and performance of suppliers preferred.
Must be able to work flexible hours/work schedule required.
Requires valid driver's license requited.
Travel domestically required.
Travel internationally required.
Finance general knowledge and understanding of the implications of key financial indicators and controls and assessing impact of financial information preferred
Integrated Supply Chain Management (ISCM) Comprehensive Knowledge of the principles and methodology for a process-oriented, integrated approach to procuring, producing and delivering products and services to customers preferred.
CPIM certification preferred.
