Supply Chain Analyst

Expertise and Functions:

• Develop production and inventory management plans to support both material and finished good requirements
• Identify current and potential material shortages, develop and execute mitigation strategies, advise interested parties of status and recovery plans
• Oversee supply chain processes and procedures including manufacturing planning, demand, and replenishment processes
• Coordinate material movement between vendors, warehouse, and the production floor
• Assist in the implementation, analysis, and coordination of the master production schedule
• Set up and monitor the integrity of Bill of Materials (BOM) and manage inventory accuracy
• Manage inventory levels to meet project requirements
• Coordinate and manage monthly cycle counts within the manufacturing warehouse
• Act as key participant in annual physical inventory
• Support inventory checks to validate inventory accuracy; investigate & reconcile discrepancies
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Education/Training (both required and desired):

• Bachelor’s Degree in management or other relevant discipline required Additional years of experience may be substituted for degree requirement

Experience:

• 5+ years of professional experience in the required task area
• Advanced experience with MRP/ERP systems such as JobBoss
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in MS office applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Security:

• Must be a US citizen
• Ability to obtain a security clearance may be required
