Position Summary:

The incumbent will assist in the support Supply function responsible for one or more of the following disciplines: Inventory Control, Planning, Processing, Scheduling, Materials Management, Buying and Approval. Incumbent may also be responsible for the procurement of various materials and supplies.

Responsibilities:

Supply Chain:

  • Perform analysis and reporting support to identify and reduce inventory, maintain master schedule for procured and manufactured products, tracking of the outbound customer delivery and distribution networks.

  • Reviews and analyzes purchase requisitions.

  • Performs cost analysis and volume planning for major commodities.

  • Coordinates purchasing activities with manufacturing, planning and engineering departments to acquire inventory in a cost effective and timely manner.

  • Responsible for procurement of various materials and supplies

  • Inventory control management including receiving, shipping, warehousing and floor inventory activities

  • Responsible for the Supply Chain accuracy in various systems, IFS and

Agile, including system maintenance

  • Report and provide corrective actions on variances both to the plants and corporate

  • Maintain the proper channel of communication with the plants and/or 3rd party vendors.

  • Interface with third party distribution centers to analyze and reconcile inventory balance variances. Maintain reports to support ongoing reconciliation efforts.

  • Run queries and reports to identify and support the disposition of damaged product including warehouse damage, carrier returns, Return Quarantine and NCMR material.

  • Identify and disposition excess and obsolete material. Support change implementation planning by proactively characterizing financial impact of changes to on hand and on order material.

  • Under general supervision may contribute to the management of inventory investment to meet corporate goals.

Requirements Education &

Qualifications:
  • BS/BA in business, logistics or engineering preferred

  • Comparable work experience may be substituted for educational requirements

  • 3 years experience in field of inventory control, purchasing, scheduling, logistics or planning

  • Experience with MRP/ERP/WMS application software

  • Medical Device or diagnostics experience strongly preferred

  • Strong negotiation, analytical and interpersonal skills

  • Experienced in PC applications such as Access, Excel, Word, Outlook

VIEW JOBS 3/30/2019 12:00:00 AM 2019-06-28T00:00 Position Summary: This individual will be the sales operations business partner to our International business unit They will be responsible for providing commercial operational and business support to the International sales organization by establishing and analyzing KPI's which offer valuable insight for both the Direct and Indirect business model. Specific Duties and Responsibilities: * Update and maintain monthly Distributor dashboards for International distributors. * Provide Distributor status updates as required. * Provide in depth analysis and feedback from International Distributor dashboard reporting that will help improve forecast accuracy. * Administrative set up and participation in calls with International distributors * Responsible for International SFDC data accuracy. Develop reporting and checks and balances to insure accurate data in SFDC. * Maintain sales compensation plans for the International business including new hires and revisions to current compensation plans. * Calculate monthly and quarterly sales commissions for International business. * Continually evaluate analytical practices and develop more efficient methods and tools for accomplishing tasks. * Partner with International sales business leaders to own and provide robust in-depth analysis and recommendations based tracking of sales metrics and KPI's. Requirements Education & Qualifications: * BS in Finance, Accounting or related Business Field * 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in analyzing complex data and communicating finding from that data to influence decision making. * Demonstrated ability to set priorities, scope and manage projects with minimal day to day oversight. * Ability to understand business priorities and translate those into initiatives back by data analysis. * Proven analytical skills and attention to detail required. Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills. * Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and proficiency in Microsoft Word. Experience with Salesforce.com.
