Great opportunity in a highly analytical role with a big impact on our fast growing business producing a collection of premium goggles, eyewear, helmets, gloves and sportswear designed specifically for today's demanding racer in the global Motocross and Bike markets.

The Supply Chain Analyst supports the Sales, Operations and Finance team by providing regular reporting and ad hoc analytics to support decisions that are critical for our business. The right candidate will serve as the key data and analytical resource for our Netsuite ERP system, drive key analysis to support our finance, sales and product teams and take responsibility for a number of critical workflows for sales forecasting and purchasing. Opportunity to work closely with the leadership team and multiple groups within the company.

Responsibilities to include

  • Run regular inventory and forecast analytics to support overall team in making critical decisions for sales and purchasing
  • Internal analytical resource for our Netsuite ERP implementation - supporting other internal users and interfacing with external experts to develop new workflows
  • Own and manage part numbers and product data
  • Provide regular and ad-hoc reporting for the financial, sales and product line teams for decision making in areas including order sizing, stock levels and forecasting
  • Perform regular analysis on key business metrics such as profitability, inventory turns
  • Identify opportunities to improve supply chain business processes and lead the change process within the organization


  • Bachelors in business, supply chain or accounting - or extensive equivalent experience
  • Must have experience with ERP and product analytics, ideal experience in a prior role with Netsuite ERP system as key process owner and problem solver
  • Strong analytical capability, including Excel modeling and automations skills (lookups and automated tools for regular, repeatable reporting)
  • Preference for candidate with advanced technology skills, using scripting, database tools or other analytical resources beyond Excel spreadsheets when appropriate
  • Self starter who can find and confirm solutions to new problems with minimal supervision
  • Excellent organization skills, knows how to multi-task, detail oriented, strong analytical and communication skills
  • Able to maintain financial accuracy and analytical rigor while meeting deadlines

Negotiates contracts and coordinates purchasing activities across the organization in support of process development, manufacturing, clinical development, and clinical & commercial supply to maintain inventories and supplies at planned levels. Duties and Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To: * Direct the planning, procurement and inventory management of all materials for commercial and clinical production, and support groups. * Develops strategic plans for overall supply chain and logistics function. * Develops plans, and manages and tracks inventory, ensuring coordination and availability of materials, including safety stocks. * Defines, maintains, and provides metrics for inventory, production cycle-times, etc. * Develop/maintain department policies, standard operating procedures; manages department budget. * Develop strategies for managing supplier performance and determining risk mitigation strategies. * Ensure appropriate business process documentation including process flows, operating procedures, process ownership and the supporting technology. * Manage contract manufacturers and suppliers to ensure optimum product delivery and adherence to quality standards. * Identify opportunities for process improvement. * Assuring adherence to consistent practices within all materials planning processes and control. * Effectively directs assigned resources to address priorities, meet schedules, maximize productivity, reduce costs, and increase process efficiencies. * Establishes and communicates high performance standards, defines clear accountability, and leads by adopting continuous improvement strategies to reduce operational variances and reduce cycle time. * Develops annual operating budget/staffing levels and manages operation to achieve them. Implements and monitors supply chain metrics and promotes the utilization of supporting management tools. * Perform other duties as required. Desired Knowledge and Abilities: * Thorough knowledge of demand/supply planning processes as well as extensive experience in planning systems and tools. * Knowledge of pharmaceutical materials and general manufacturing processes, preferably in a cGMP/regulated manufacturing environment. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, and establish short and long-term planning horizons to complete these duties. * Ability to work effectively as a team to accomplish deadlines and objectives, yet make independent decisions on various tasks. * Demonstrated success as a strong team leader who uses past supervisory experience to develop departmental staff through effective feedback and coaching. * Strong interpersonal communication, influencing and negotiation skills. * Effective verbal and written communication skills. * "Hands-on" work style. Education and Experience: * BA/BS Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Life Sciences; 15 years or more experience of consistent growth within the areas of demand and supply planning, procurement, logistics analytics, reporting and project management in the pharmaceutical and/or biotech industry. * APICS or ISM Certifications, CSCP, CPIM, or CPSM. * Experience in negotiating and management of suppliers and contract manufacturers in the life sciences * Experience working with an ERP platform. * Direct experience in the establishment of a global supply chain in support of a pharmaceutical/ biopharmaceutical launch.
