Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Mid-Level or Senior Supply Base Management Specialist (Level 3 or Level 4) to join our Supply Chain Strategy & Data Analytics team in Everett, Renton, or Seattle, Washington.

The Supply Chain Strategy & Data Analytics Team is looking for a motivated and analytical individual.

Position Responsibilities:

• Be a proactive force for changing, improving, revising, and implementing changes to existing processes, systems, and data sources used within Supply Chain.

• Support Category Management teams and Supply Chain leaders with strategy development processes; direct and project manage appropriate changes to data systems to increase quality, efficiency, and value of supply chain strategies.

• Design, improve, and maintain metrics, databases, websites, and dashboards within Supply Chain Strategy.

• Streamline, consolidate, and analyze existing supplier data to enhance reporting capabilities.

• Actively participate in Digital Transformation initiatives and document strategies for future online tool requirements.

• Utilize business intelligence to create and/or improve metrics and tools.

• Respond accurately and expeditiously to ad hoc requests on a daily basis.

• Integrate data from Category Strategies, Operations, and Contracts/Sourcing to develop robust tools and processes and support data analysis across the enterprise.

• Analyze market intelligence and data to support supply chain strategy development.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):

• 3+ years of experience managing multiple competing priorities

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics

• 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence/data analytics tools (Microsoft Power BI, Dashboards, SQL, Tableau, etc.)

• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, Excel, and Word

• 3+ years of experience in a position that required analytical, quantitative reasoning and/or mathematical modeling skills

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

• Bachelor's Degree

Typical Education/Experience:

Mid-Level (Level 3): Typically 6 or more years' related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Senior (Level 4): Typically 10 or more years' related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Relocation:

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Mid-Level (Level 3) Summary pay range: $99,900 - $122,100

Senior (Level 4) Summary pay range: $116,100 - $141,900
