Report to the Supplier/Procurement Lead. Contribute to development of bill of materials (BOMs). Use plans, processes, methods, and tools to ensure supply chain management and chain of custody for the life of all Government assets to help protect from the inadvertent purchase of counterfeit or illegally modified products. Research and recommend cost effective purchase arrangements which will be approved by the Government; support the Government's purchase process and coordinate the delivery of purchases; and manage, track, and audit hardware recapitalization, maintenance agreements, and software licensing. Review purchase requisitions for clarity, compliance, detail, completeness, and obtain additional information considered necessary; execute the procurement process from order placement through receipt of products and subsequent payment of invoices; actively manage supplier performance through consistent communication to ensure proper adherence to purchase order terms and conditions; and participate in the invoice approval process to ensure that supplier invoices are in accordance with purchase order terms and conditions, and resolve issues as necessary

Required Skills:

  • A minimum of a TS/SCI w/ favorable CI Poly Security Clearance

  • A minimum of Seven years of experience in procurement and/or supply chain management

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work/military experience.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience in a similar role executing on time deliverables of hardware and software; interacting with key suppliers; dealing with the financial impacts of supplier decisions on programs.

  • Experience as an Asset Manager, specifically managing, tracking, and auditing existing hardware and software inventories.

  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite knowledge and skills, particularly Microsoft Excel

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and/or independently
