As a Supplier Risk Management Senior Manager, you will manage several risk management activities to support the company's Supplier Risk Management and Operational Resiliency frameworks.

What you will do:

  • Implement core components of the Supplier Risk Management Framework including Supplier Risk Assessments, Key Risk Indicators, and Supplier Events

  • Review results from due diligence assessments to ensure supplier risks are within Risk Appetite

  • Conduct supplier deep dive analyses to identify control gaps, concentration risks, or other risk themes, where warranted

  • Work with First Line and Legal to ensure supplier contractual terms align with Recovery Time Objectives within Business Continuity Plans

  • Develop and deliver training on Supplier Risk Management policies and standards to First Line

  • Work with First line to identify action plans to address control or policy gaps and monitors status of action plans until implemented

  • Prepare quarterly Supplier Risk Management profile for Executive Risk Management and Board Risk Management committees

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in any of the following areas: Operational Risk Management, Supplier Management, or similar experience

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Base Salary Range

$109,600.00 - $158,950.00

The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
