Reporting to the Interpretations Department Manager, the supplier resource coordinator (Recruiter) need to cross-train and be cognizant with various other departments and gain in-depth knowledge of their needs and processes to recruit and bring in the right resources. He/ She will be the key liaison between suppliers (individuals and third party) language interpreters and iTi operations team.
He/ She will be responsible to assist in successfully providing ITI experience for internal and external customers, vendors, and partners. This person needs to model and act in accordance with iTis mission, vision and core values at all times.
The following key accountabilities ensure the critical success of this position:
70% Lead the efforts to identify and recruit multilingual linguists (interpreters) to meet the ever-growing client needs of iTi customers.
Utilizing creative and innovative ways to identify linguists(interpreters) for all languages (including rare languages from remote geographic areas) of the world.
Special focus on specific languages and locations where iTi has traditionally not been able to provide linguists with appropriate skills.
As part of the operations team, proactively collaborate with coordinators and prioritize efforts to recruit appropriate linguists in a timely basis.
Proactively work with the Interpreting department manager and leadership team to understand upcoming new contracts and ensure that linguists for all forecasted languages are screened and onboarded on a timely basis.
Ensure that supplier database is always up to date and complete with all required linguists information.
Organize and prioritize daily work flow to ensure that all deadlines are met and the company goal of 98.5% fill rate is achieved every time it is calculated.
Work diligently and execute any ad hoc requests for linguists from coordinators, sales teams and leadership team.
Actively participate and support the training and customer satisfaction team to ensure continuous improvement and enhancing client satisfaction.
Facilitate the resolution of escalated risks and issues and follow-up to ensure full remediation
Support coordinators in making calls and confirming linguists for hard to fill and urgent, last minute assignments.
20% Lead and ensure that all linguists(interpreters) are screened and onboarded while ensuring that all iTi supplier compliance requirements are met 100% of the time.
Develop and maintain exceptional relationships with suppliers and vendor partners and be the liaison between them and iTi as required.
Ensure that all credentials of the linguists are screened, verified and documented.
Administer language proficiency exams and ensure that all linguists meet the iTi standards
Ensure completeness and accuracy of all documents that may include legal, state and federal law compliance forms and data.
10% Focus on continuous improvement effort to enhance the quality management system and enhancing linguists and client satisfaction
Participate and contribute to all continuous improvement efforts that include daily and weekly huddles (4DX sessions).
Continuously strive to improve and document all relevant procedures and work instructions to increase productivity of all supplier resource coordinators
Suggest, discuss and impellent creative and innovative solutions to attract linguists to become part of the iTi vendor database and actively accept assignments.
Professional Qualifications and Experience:
Associate Degree / Bachelor degree in business or any related field.
3 to 5 years of related work experience (at least 1 year of linguistic industry preferred).
Strong work ethic and high level of energy.
Demonstrate accountability, personal integrity, organizational skills and proactive positive attitude while executing ongoing tasks.
Customer service centric personality.
Computer savvy and able to multitask in a fast paced environment.
Fluent in written and spoken English. Bilingual preferred.
Professional Qualifications and Experience:
Progressive experience in any service organizations (3-5 years)
