Supplier Quality Engineer

Requirements Hiring manager would like to see a minimum of 1 year of work experience in any of the following roles: Supplier Quality, Supply Management and Development or Manufacturing.

Manager is looking for applicants that are located near the Midwest. This is an office and shop floor position. Candidates should be comfortable in both environments.

This position is approved for 1 year but may be extended beyond the current end date. We need an excellent communicator with experience and knowledge in the quality field. Ideally, you would have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology discipline or equivalent work experience.

In addition, we require: Project management and problem-solving skills. Experience in driving a closed loop corrective action process, including rigorous root cause analysis.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively facilitate, lead and manage small teams. Excellent communication skills.
