Creates, assesses, and revises policies and procedures as needed to find ways to improve quality, timeliness, and efficiency.This position is in the Special Programs Division, PEO Cyber & Networks Directorate (AFLCMC/HNJ). The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the Chief of Policy & Training for the division's mission focus on Special Access Programs (SAP). This position will serve as the principal advisor to the Chief and Deputy Chief of Security, responsible for the development and training of a large civilian and contractor workforce, as well as principal author for numerous policy documents requiring internal and external stakeholder coordination. This is a first level supervisory position providing specialized multi-disciplinary (Acquisition Security, PERSEC, INFOSEC, PHYSEC, INDSEC, OPSEC) Collateral, SAP, and Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) Information Protection (IP) oversightDesired Attributes:*
