Serves as Chief, Organizational Management, Site Support Office (SSO) with responsibility for all related division activities.
Provides advice and assistance to the Site Director on matters related to recruitment, selection, and employee retention.
Serves as liaison with key HR staff to ensure understanding of current policy and procedures and provides information/briefings to the Site Director
Coordinates and conducts new hire in-processing and orientation for the Site.
Has oversight of the Pathways Program, Summer Intern Program and Summer Hire Associates and coordinates Organizational Assessment Survey (OAS) for Site operations.
Coordinates the work of the division with analysts, supervisors, managers, and other Site personnel.
Designs, assigns, supervises, or conducts comprehensive, complex and diverse studies.
Monitors the organization?s internal metrics and other performance measurement indicators.
Plans, manages and supervises the assigned organization which consists of administrative and/or technical personnel.
Occasional travel - You may be expected to travel for this position.

Obtain/Maintain Financial Management Certification
One year of specialized experience equivalent in level of difficulty and responsibility to that of the next lower grade (GS-12) within the federal service, which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position, is required.
Specialized experience is defined as experience coordinating the work of administrative support functions that included recruitment activities and organizational surveys. Experience providing quantitative analysis on key performance indicators of administrative support functions.
Time-in-Grade: Current or former federal employees who have held a GS position in the preceding 52 weeks, must meet the time in grade requirement. Applicant must have served 52 weeks as a GS-12 or higher grade in Federal Service.
There is no substitution of education for the specialized experience requirement at the GS-13 grade level.
