As a Supervisory NBE/BE (LB Team Lead) with emphasis in Credit Risk, you will serve as an expert advisor for the Examiner-in-Charge and Deputy Comptroller for Large Bank Supervision. Provide analysis and advice on the planning and conducting of examinations, preparation of reports, and presentations of findings/recommendations to senior management at the bank and the OCC.

As a Supervisory National Bank Examiner/Bank Examiner (LB Team Lead) with emphasis in Credit Risk, you will:
Oversee supervisory efforts that involve complex issues and present a high level of risk to large banks.
Lead, motivate, and develop a staff of employees. Plan, organize, direct, coordinate, and review the work of staff. Recommend/take personnel decisions regarding hiring, promotions, and adverse action, leave requests etc., as appropriate to delegated authority.
Monitor the progress of assignments, evaluate training/developmental needs, and make arrangements for training as appropriate. Establish guidelines and performance expectations for staff, which are clearly communicated through the formal employee performance management system.
Assist the EIC in developing quarterly risk assessments and supervisory strategies of the bank including plans to effect corrective action(s) and programs to monitor progress. Develop objectives, plans and resource strategies to achieve OCC's business goals and priorities.
Provide analysis and advice on the planning and conducting of examinations, preparation of reports, and presentations of findings/recommendations to senior management at the bank and the OCC.
Occasional travel - Travel overnight or locally.
