Job Responsibilities/Duties:
The incumbent is responsible for the planning, organizing, directing, evaluating, and management processes for Service Administration programs that include setting qualitative and quantitative standards and standardized work processes.
The incumbent develops and provides the Executive Leadership Team and the clinical staff information on the methods, techniques, and procedures necessary to integrate the Facility Planning and Development programs into the mission of the Health Care System.
The major duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Acting as project manager and as a member of multi-discipline teams to accomplish design and construction objectives.
Expert knowledge of organizational structure Lean processes, Service Improvement Model (SIM), standard work development, and labor management.
Ability to lead and direct interdisciplinary teams and to resolve complex policy issues, construction problems, customer service issues, and design details.
Expert level knowledge of contract law and contract administration principles as they relate to Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) regarding design and construction contracts.
