You will employ fact-finding techniques, such as task analysis, computer systems analysis, statistical analysis in the process of surveying program functions.
You will formulate, develop, and implement new methods of program and labor documentation systems, investigating or analyzing a variety of unusual conditions and assessing program effectiveness.
You will schedule and approve leave, evaluate performance, and make decisions or recommendations for discipline, hiring, promotion, awards, and training.
You will develop new or substantially modified organizational structures, work processes, manpower or paperwork control systems which will improve efficiency, effectiveness, and economy.

Your resume must demonstrate one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-09) in the Federal service, or in the public or private sector analyzing and evaluating administrative services, operations and policies to develop new or modified organizational work structures, processes, or control systems for the improvement of program economy, efficiency, or effectiveness. Examples may include: Ensuring timely completion and quality of work performed; ~OR~ Instructing and advising all levels of workers and management in program requirements; ~OR~ Exchanging information and ideas to monitor, coordinate efforts on multiple projects, and to "sell" recommended improvements/methods to involved managers and other departments.
