The responsibilities of the incumbent are to:
*Operate and maintain a Windows AD environment that supports a diverse client environment which includes Windows, Mac, Linux, Android and iOS.
o Troubleshoot system issues and provide solutions
o Provide operation maintenance and support
Architect new solutions that support increased security and the organization's migration to cloud.
Coordinate efforts among OISM Divisions and NIST Operating Units to fulfill the missions for IT initiatives

In addition to the basic requirements: Applicant must have one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-12 level (ZP-III at NIST). Specialized experience is defined as experience in supervising technical staff or leading Information Technology projects, as well as, hands-on experience configuring, deploying, and managing Active Directory, Azure Active Directory services and associated services in a geographically distributed environment. This includes Active Directory Federated Services, Microsoft Certificate Authority as well as customer tools to manage security groups etc.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social).
