At CoBank, our Supervisor/Manager, Funds Transfer Pricing maintains strong relationships with internal customers through exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries of Treasury programs, policies, procedures and issues. While leading a team of Treasury Analysts, this role coordinates and participates in the development and analysis of transfer pricing, basis risk management, and equity positioning methodologies using spreadsheets, databases and other financial analysis models. In addition, the Supervisor/Manager, Funds Transfer Pricing prepares reporting and analysis related to transfer pricing.

Demonstrated knowledge of financial markets and interest rates with a high degree of analytical and independent judgment skills.
Managerial/supervisory experience strongly preferred.
Ability to perform data flow analysis to ensure integrity of data workflows.
Experience managing business processes and maintaining integrity of data management processes.
Advanced computer skills, including experience with complex financial functions, formulas and financial modeling.
Ability to research and compile data from bank analysts, computerized databases and other research sources, and create clear, concise, and well formatted reports.
Ability to plan and organize multiple activities, and work with minimal supervision.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively within pressing time constraints.
Strong understanding of business concepts and drivers.
Excellent oral and written communication and customer service skills.
Masters' degree in relevant field preferred.
