Supervisor, Website Management

As the Supervisor, Website Management, the successful candidate will support Resideo's digital experience and drive conversions and KPIs by ensuring that our customers always receive the best online experience. The Website Management Supervisor will support the Marketing team by managing and maintaining Resideo and subsidiaries websites. This team member will act as a leader for the Website Management team with expertise in digital content strategy, CMS management, webpage builds, and overall site management to drive to support our "Customer First" connected home IoT products and services company.

The Supervisor Website Management is responsible for managing our SiteCore based CMS system by authoring web pages, enhancing web experience, and providing/adhering to guidelines of best practices. This motivated individual will be responsible for the request queue management, digital asset management, file naming convention, website accuracy, ADA compliance, and category structures across digital platforms including web and mobile. This position also supports the broader Marketing teams in providing strategy and expertise for digital materials. The Website Management Supervisor coordinates front-end QA validation of regular Digital content updates and supports the broader product teams in validating new content. Collaboration with other teams such as Brand Marketing, Product Management, UX Design, Customer Experience and Analytics will be required to develop and implement successful digital marketing plans.

JOB DUTIES

• Build webpages on the SiteCore CMS platform to support Resideo's 20+ global web domains

• Assist in website strategy and implementation for the Digital Experience

• Create website deliverables in a timely, collaborative manner

• Manage the website request queue in the Jira platform

• Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to produce the best end product, that supports a highly functional and sticky user experience

• Work with teams to drive conversion rates and sales through engaging creative experience

• Ensure eCommerce guidelines are met and aligned with best practices

• Provide expertise in digital solutions and guidance on what drives customer purchases, including what content is most valuable to display and where

• Analyze and understand successes and areas of opportunity and take action to improve the websites and processes

• Manage internal system to ensure assets are properly tagged and accessible

• Ensure web domains are meeting the accessibility standards for compliance regulations

• Partner with teams to ensure content is consistent and reflects the overall brand proposition, including how content is displayed across digital channels, in retail and wholesale outlets, and communication channels

• Evaluate competitor strategy and use knowledge to adapt digital content as necessary

• Understand how all metrics and KPIs impact the performance of the business

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor's Degree

• 5+ years in Website Management and Implementation in a B2B and B2C organization

• 3+ years specializing in Digital Strategy and leadership

• Experience with CMS systems (SiteCore highly preferred), and authoring pages within this platform

• Website Management on a global scale, with web domains for multiple regions, in various languages

• 5+ years in Website Management and Implementation

• 3+ years specializing in Digital Strategy and leadership

• Experience with SiteCore CMS, and authoring pages within this platform

• Previous experience managing request queue in Jira or a similar system

• Ability to work independently (roll-up-your-sleeves individual) as well as comfortable working within a matrixed organization

• Strategic thinker that excels at idea generation and practical problem solving

• Analytical mindset for gathering key business and user insights to create a long-term vision for the content that's generated

• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS

Salary Range: In compliance with applicable law, Resideo provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be performed in New York. Actual compensation is influenced by various factors, including, but not limited to, skills, experience, the specific office location, and pay differences based on the local labor market. The expected base salary range for this role in Melville, NY is $90,666-$157,734.
