The Supervisor of Training, Quality and Digital Assets is responsible for ensuring a level of quality for all projects performed by the Presentations and Document Services teams. In addition, the Supervisor will assess, measure and develop training programs based on quality of work.
The Supervisor will also play a key role in shaping the departments? training and digital asset management portals. Responsibilities ? Manage and produce new training content ? Manage the creation of guides and other instructional materials ? Direct Supervision for Creative Services Specialists and Coordinators ? Oversee, Storyboard, Develop and Create How-To instructional videos using screen capture, video and/or audio ? Provide routine feedback to management on work quality and team performance ? Periodically assess technical resources to ensure team is equipped with current and relevant software ? Effectively motivate and train team and employees ? Organize training for team, in line with established individual and team related development plans ? Provide a solutions-oriented approach ? Maintain a productive working atmosphere, which promotes teamwork, service excellence and commitment to daily production ? Develop and foster professional and working relationships with all lines of business and department colleagues ? Check completed projects for errors and provide professional work-quality related feedback to team members ? Ensure the quality of work outputted by team meets expected standards ? Provide project feedback to operators or management when necessary to ensure efficiency and quality ? Develop and implement assessment strategies ? Oversee digital asset management ? Host online and in-person training, orientation or introductions to both team and banking professionals
Top 3 Must Haves: 1. MS Office expert ? Word, Excel and PowerPoint 2. Experience training teams 3. Experience creating content and materials for trainings (written, verbal and presentations) ? At least 5 years of relevant training experience in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint, Word, Excel. ? At least 2 years of Quality Assurance on various projects. ? Excellent public speaking and communication skills. ? Excellent ability to absorb information, instruct, train and teach ? Excellent organizational and project management skills, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to multi-task while remaining detail-oriented. ? Excellent knowledge of MS Office. ? Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign preferred. ? Must have the ability to work well under pressure and make quick, sound decisions. ? Proactive and solutions oriented. ? Superior written and verbal communications skills. ? Must have ability to organize and present information effectively ? Flexible and open to changing priorities and managing multiple tasks simultaneously within compressed timeframes. ? Excellent research skills - know the places to look and manage time spent efficiently. ? Strong aptitude to acclimate and learn quickly. ? Ability to work independently on a project or collaboratively as a team player and able to integrate with a diverse team with varying opinions and ideas. ?
