Our central oversized stadium screen paired with hundreds of screens provides a 360° viewing experience, making every seat the best seat in the house. The Kitchen Supervisor will:

• Direct back of house operations managing cooks

• Manage people and oversee production of high-volume establishment

• Use a POS system

• Ensure the safety, cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen

• Monitor cooking and chill temperatures

• Provide various support to all FOH and BOH staff during shifts, as needed.

• Develop and organize BOH through cleaning, maintenance, equipment care, and ordering and receiving.

• Oversee the kitchen staff while maintaining safety precautions

• Deal directly with FOH and bar management to resolve any issues.
