Basic Function Assist in the day-to-day management of a location ensuring that parking operations are handled within contractual guidelines of the specific location, adhering to company policies and procedures, fostering good client relations and promoting a professional image and approach to the business.

  • Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.

  • Assist in the management of day-to-day activities of the assigned locations.

  • Assist with management duties as assigned.

  • Courteously assist customers.

  • Assist in the maintenance and repair of parking equipment and any general maintenance tasks as directed by the Facility Manager.

  • Report any known accidents, observed or suspected violations of Company policy, safety hazards or any unusual occurrence to the Facility Manager.

  • Assist with cleanup of debris, water, oil spills and etc.

  • Substitute for any position, if necessary.

  • Have a thorough knowledge of all areas of the garage, thorough knowledge of the major streets, landmarks and freeways in the area of the garage.

  • Complete other duties as needed.

  • Minimal high school diploma or equivalent and a minimal month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

License Requirement

  • The individual will only be required to have and maintain a valid state-issued driver's license, with a current address and acceptable driving record, if the individual is expected to be able to drive a company vehicle or drive on company business.

Responsible for the training, supervision, and work performance of all front office staff and activities. Principal Duties and Responsibilities 1. Works collaboratively with all levels of hospital staff and outside referral sources to ensure that the scheduling, registration and billing related activities are handled in a timely and appropriate manner. Maintains strict adherence to patient confidentiality with all support staff. 2. Manages and provides technical guidance and updates to the department's Access Coordinators with training. 3. Participates in the interviewing, hiring, training process, evaluates and initiates personnel actions for all administrative staff. Keeps current with Human Resources processes and procedures. 4. Under the direction of the Director of Outpatient Psychiatry oversees and coordinates work schedules and adjusts work assignments to ensure proper work flow and staffing. Coordinates staff time off and vacations and maintains staffing levels following department guidelines. 5. Reviews and monitors various reports, monthly revenue cycle reports, professional billing reports, and data, to identify deficiencies and works with appropriate staff to continually improve outcomes. Responsible for insuring that the data needs of the hospital and professional billing unit are met to insure timely professional billing. 6. Attends hospital meetings as asigned by Director. Requirements: KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED 1. Knowledge of management, scheduling and registration practices to effectively plan, organize, problem solve, and supervise the daily activities of the administrative office, typically obtained through a two year administrative management program. 2. Three years of experience in a healthcare setting, with well-developed knowledge of managed care, insurance regulations, and contracts. Current knowledge of third-party admission/ registration requirements. 3. Demonstrated interpersonal skills for supervising staff, working closely with patients and clinicians, and interacting professionally with a variety of hospital and outside business contacts. 4.
