Responsible for maintaining appropriate staffing levels and have final authority for approving overtime.

HS Diploma or Equivalent Ed/Exp
Critical thinking and problem solving skills to ensure process improvement, initiatives and projects are successful.
Ability to organize work and to achieve goals and objectives
Project planning, leading and implementation skills.
Experience in the healthcare industry preferred
Experience in shared services/internal service delivery role preferred
Experience with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint desired
Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) tools and related analytics desired
Knowledge of shared services enabling technologies (e.g. EPIC, Kronos) desired
Knowledge of PAMF policies, practices and procedures a plus
Familiarity with performance metrics and ability to meet identified targets a plus
PREFERRED: Associate degree or higher in Business, Management, or related field; prior experience in a supervisory role in a medical office and/or healthcare setting
