Supervisor, Shift (Jo-3067-Eng)

The opportunity

Shift supervisors are responsible for supervising assigned employees and coordinates the activities of employees engaged on their assigned shifts while ensuring processes to ensure that key performance metrics are safely achieved/exceeded and sustained in a quality manner. This role reports directly to the Production Manager.

The requirement

• · Ability to lift up to 30 lbs required

Basic reading, writing and mathematical skills required

Knowledge of the manufacturing processes, procedures, and equipment

Leadership and management skills

Communication skills
