The supervisor is accountable for training, cleaning, inspecting, and following up on all accounts in the designated territory.

Summary of Essential Position Functions:

• Training new hires on the company's policies and procedures

• Train and support employees in each facility- Know exactly what they are responsible for and inspect work

• Performing daily scheduled inspections by detail schedule

• Ensuring customer satisfaction- following up on customer issues within 24 hours of complaint

• Ensuring inventory is properly maintained in the building- Order supplies as necessary.

• Oversee staff to ensure all duties are completed per task schedule.

• Performing other duties as assigned

• Develop a presence and relationship with customers and employees

• MUST MAINTAIN RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION

Education/Credentials:

• 2-3 years of Janitorial Experience

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Computer literacy

Experience/Skills/Knowledge:

• 1-2 years of previous supervisory experience required

• Must be able to multi-task and work independently and as a member of a team

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Must have a positive attitude and a strong work ethic

• Experience in a service environment is preferred

Schedule: Monday

• Friday, 6:00 pm

• 11:00 pm
