  • Review results utilizing reporting including Scorecard

  • Adjust daily schedule based on business needs

  • Ensure Merchandise Management expectations are consistently met

  • Complete forklift certification and operate as needed

  • Complete and maintain callbacks and pullbacks

  • Process defects, destroy, special handling returns, managed waste and open box in adherence to policies

Experience

  • One year experience in retail leadership preferred

Education

  • Technical, Trade, or Vocational degree or High School graduate/Equivalent or 2 years Management or Functional Experience

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to communicate with customers and associates in person and via e-mail and telephone.

  • Ability to intermittently lift, push and/or pull up to 50 pounds.

  • Requires standing and moving for an entire shift.

  • Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or twist.

  • Ability to safely climb up and down a ladder.

  • Ability to become forklift certified and physically able to operate a forklift in accordance with IIPP.

Availability

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, holidays, overnights and weekends as necessary to meet the needs of the business.

  • Regular attendance is an essential function of the job.

Usually highest level for production machining operations. Usually skilled at operating two, three or more CNC lathes and/or mills and special types of machine tools. Performs diversified machining operations largely on standard work having tolerance and finish specifications requiring a general knowledge of machining practices and techniques. Responsibilities: * Works from drawings, sketches and specifications in completing various machining operations. * Performs machine set ups to obtain close tolerances, fitting and alignment of machined parts. * Obtains required inspections on first pieces of a run according to prescribed procedure and performs inspections on work-in-progress using a wide variety of measuring devices. * Completes and maintains all necessary records of time, part counts, first piece inspections, and requisition forms, etc. for each job. * Makes jigs, fixtures or other specialized non-production devices as qualified and assigned. * Acquires raw material, supplies, tools, etc. when necessary. * Maintains work area in a clean, safe, and orderly fashion and conforms to all quality procedures and standards. * Assists in the training of other machinists as requested. * Performs first piece inspections on basic product for other machinists, as qualified and assigned. * Grinds tools when necessary. * Performs routine preventative maintenance of machines according to PM schedule. * Trouble shoots drawings, machining, tooling, programming, material, etc. and making competent decisions pertaining to job at hand. * Operates machinery/equipment in a safe manner. * Utilizes Geometric Dimension & Tolerance as called out on print. * Gives feedback on trends, and recommending process improvements. * Independently programs machines. * Maintains and monitors machine shop equipment.
