ong>Job Overview:

• The Supervisor oversees the smooth operations of all flights.He/She ensures that all flight planning activities follow the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and meet established standards. The Supervisor shall provide on-site supervision of the Ambassadors, and also be able to perform the duties of the Ambassadors. Ability to provide passengers, visitors and airport employees with vital information regarding incidents, airline delays, and emergencies.The Aviation Authority may require to perform work outside of normal operating hours due to late flight arrivals, etc.

Experience Requirements:

• A minimum of one (1) year of experience in a supervisory capacity involving customer service work.
• Problem-solving capabilities when situations arise that impact the airport, passengers, visitors, and other airport employees.
• Strong written communication skills for daily record keeping of all inquiries and data requested.
• Supervisors shall be required to attend scheduled meetings when required by the AAR.
