AECOM is seeking a Production Maintenance Supervisor!
Typical schedule is 1st shift; hours may vary based on business demand.
Hiring bonus may be available to qualified candidates outside of the commuting area.
The Supervisor is responsible for technical support, direction, safety training, audits and quality control for AECOM facility, production and/or contract employees in a fast-paced industrial, large commercial, or logistics distribution environment.
The Supervisor is responsible for the prioritization of work based on the needs of the client and for the on-time completion of all work, as well as all documentation involved. Provides and / or schedules needed training and cross-training for multi-functional employees. Implements all safety rules and guidelines for all AECOM employees.
The Supervisor is also responsible for scheduling, planning, documentation, maintaining performance and reporting with AECOM management team and client.
Monitors and/or manages the entry of correct documentation and scheduled maintenance via Maximo/SAP.
Manages reactive/corrective maintenance as it is reported and distributes to available technicians.
Leads safety program for the worksite and maintains reporting associated with safety activities.
Audits work performance for safety actions and quality of work, and provide coaching as needed.
Reviews new job requests to differentiate between in-scope and non-scope work, and addresses accordingly.
Maintains effective performance of individual employees and the worksite team.
Reviews and approves time reporting.
Compiles, maintains and presents various reports to AECOM management and client teams.

1.High school diploma or demonstrated equivalent.
2.Ten years of experience in Facilities and /or Production Maintenance as a technician, planner, specialist, or a related technical role in an industrial environment, or demonstrated equivalent combination of education and experience.
3.Must have the ability to work in an aerial lift or scissor lift at heights up to 30 feet or higher.
Qualified applicants who are offered a position must pass a pre-employment substance abuse test.
This position may require a valid Drivers License.

This position will require the ability to obtain a security access badge at our clients location.
This position may require various shifts, weekends, and alternative work schedules.
Requires the ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs.
Requires the ability to regularly climb extension ladders, roof ladder, stepladders, and stairs at least 10 times during shift.
Requires the flexibility to bend/stoop, squat repetitive during shift.
Requires the ability to regularly kneel repetitive for shift.
Requires the ability to move in a 90-degree fashion on a repetitive basis for shift.
Requires the ability to stretch/reach on a repetitive basis for shift.
Requires the ability to walk extensively throughout the plant during shift.
Requires the use of a Company/Client approved utility knife.
Requires the ability to differentiate colors pertaining to wire color-coding.
Some tasks will require repetitive wrist movement.
Requires the ability to interact with all clients in a professional and friendly manner despite periods of stress.
Wear steel toe safety shoes, safety glasses, gloves, hard hats, and other Personal Protective Equipment as needed.
Cope with demands (stressors) that are associated with the job and/or the work environment so that acceptable levels of performance and overall contribution are maintained.
1.Four years of experience in a Lead or Supervisory role.
2.Bachelors Degree or equivalent trade school credentials preferred.
3.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites with emphasis on the ability to navigate and formulate within Excel and Access
4.Experience in a supervisory or subcontract management capacity within a technical industrial or manufacturing environment
5.Experience in a leadership position demonstrating the ability to analyze Process Maintenance related problems (i.e. Electrical, Mechanical, Machine Tools, Heat Treat, etc.); then recognize and determine solutions (engineered or otherwise) for resolution. This includes but is not limited to; opportunities for improved asset reliability, improved quality results, safer work conditions, and lower maintenance cost, improved work plans to increase efficiency.
6.Experience creating Power Point presentation and giving presentation in front of large audiences
7.Experience with the development and training of a multi-skilled technical workforce
8.Experience creating metrics and data mining for driving performance results
9.Experience utilizing Continuous Improvement disciplines such as Six Sigma, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, 4 Ms, etc.
