About the Role:
The Production Control Supervisor coordinates and expedites the flow of work and materials within or between departments according to the production schedule. The Scheduler receives specific work assignments, plans, and prepares tactical (short-term) production schedules, and resolves most problems independently or in consultation with Production, Engineering, and/or Quality personnel. The Scheduling manager is directly responsible for ensuring that all raw materials and components necessary for product assembly and/or fabrication are available at the appropriate time to guarantee uninterrupted and efficient processing of the production schedule. The salary range for this position is $70-80k.
Your Responsibilities:
Establishes and maintains all production schedules
Tracks all orders from receipt to completion
Sets up schedules for all plants within the branch
Reassigns every OEM pool chassis to dealers prior to production
Works with sales and mounting stations in scheduling loads
Works with production, purchasing, and quality on express or hot units
Sets up schedules for all plants within the branch
Physically tracks chassis arrival, chassis inventory, lost or hot units
Liaison between sales and production, purchasing, quality and the end user
Manages finished goods inventory; keeps log where every stock body is located
Schedules and tracks all mini fleets and commercial units
Physically checks units to approve before shipping at request of sales or customer
Runs weekly reports on finished goods
Handles daily emergency situations that arise and coordinated with the necessary areas for problem resolution
Understands Production line manufacturing constraints to manage lines efficiently.

Let's Talk About Your Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree, College Degree Major Desired: Business Administration, Engineering, or other related field. A.S. or some college and significant experience may substitute
Scheduling, Logistics/Supply Chain experience
Project Management experience preferred
Experience in manufacturing/job shop
Project Management is preferred
Superior customer service skills with both internal and external customers
Multi-task and handle stressful situations
Self-motivated/self-starter
Knowledge of processes within production environment
Read and understand bill of materials with multi-levels
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook), AS400 Reporting
Ability to rapidly diagnose and resolve issues
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Systematic thinking
Comprehend all scheduling aspects from order to "take to make"
Able to identify and understand the causal effect of critical scheduling decisions
