Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Supervises day to day facility operations to meet required production rates and monitors operating data to minimize problems and downtime.

  • Ensures that established regulatory environmental and safety standards are maintained.

  • Supervises all emergency response activities and decisions relative to the safety of the plant and the surrounding area.

  • Supervises subordinates in performing their job duties in a safe and efficient manner. Administers performance reviews for subordinates and administers disciplinary action when warranted.

  • Ensures all departmental manuals are kept current.

  • Develops and administers training courses pertinent to Operations to ensure personnel qualifications are maintained to comply with all regulatory requirements.

  • Develops and maintains operational procedures to ensure a safe and efficient operation. Ensures operating parameters are within the limits of the design of the equipment.

Required education or minimum level:

  • High school education or equivalent required,
  • Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.


  • Minimum of 5 years industry experience required for this position.

  • Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Software Knowledge:

  • Microsoft Office

Physical requirements:

  • Work may involve walking over uneven terrain, bending, moving from ground level to higher levels, working around mechanical, industrial and electrical equipment. Candidate will be subject to DOT drug & alcohol testing requirements

  • Lifting up to 50 lbs. occasionally.

  • Driving, walking, standing frequently

  • Outdoor work required with exposure to elements

  • Able to work extended hours, on call rotation & call-outs as needed

  • Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record

What's in it For You: * Access to best in class resources, tools, and technology * A culture that values safety first, including training and personal protection * Comprehensive benefits package starting day 1 of employment- medical, dental, vision, matching 401k, company paid pension, stock purchase plan, tuition reimbursement and more What You Will Do: * This position will primarily be responsible for providing relief support across the US by delivering products and treating wells while maintaining the safe operation of any type of vehicle used with minimal supervision. * Ability and willingness to work on frac locations, this includes 7 days per week for 12-14 hour shifts. * Safely operate vehicles to include (not limited to) delivery trucks, treater trucks and tankers. * Maintain truck and equipment in a safe and operable condition at all times by performing daily and periodic mechanical and safety inspections. * Maintain regular communication with sales and supervisor at the location to report field problems and/or safety hazards. * Wear appropriate personal protective equipment at all times. * Keep current on safety techniques and take advantage of all opportunities to improve driving and safety skills. * Present a professional manner and work closely with sales people to satisfy customer requirements. * Maintain driver's hours of service by using electronic hours of service log reporting. * Properly load trucks, prepare daily bills of lading, assist in scheduling the order of daily treatments and submit delivery/treating tickets daily. * Be available at all times to travel to across the US by either vehicle or airplane with minimal lead time. Minimum Qualifications: * Minimum high school graduate or GED. * Must follow all rules/procedures, utilize Stop Work Authority, and report all incidents. Demonstrate excellence in safety, as well as presenting new safety ideas that drives safety improvement, DOT and equipment compliance. * Must be willing to work flexible hours, including OT, weekends, and holidays * Must be willing to travel 100% of the time around the U.S. to provide relief support with minimal supervision. * Current Class A CDL (HazMat) with Tanker endorsement. * 2 years of previous experience prior CDL driving experience.
