What you'll be doing...
We are looking for someone who is a strong, independent thinker and leader, with previous supervisory experience, to lead and develop staff within the department. We will provide your training to work within our industry.
Mentor direct reports and be the champion of quality standards and outstanding service
Oversee the workflow for collection and assignment of $1.5 billion in pension contributions
Resolve escalated issues with billing, refunds, adjustments
Coordinate with leaders of other departments: accounting, audit, and contract administration
Monitor and assess department workflow with an eye toward continuous improvement
Ensure effective communication with onsite associates and NWA management
Who you are...
Educated. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination skills, experience and education
Experienced. Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience
Leader. Ability to partner, influence, delegate and work effectively with all levels of staff
Detailed. Strong attention to detail with the ability to quickly assess and analyze problems and develop solutions
Technically Savvy. Intermediate skills in Excel, Word, Outlook and Adobe

Starting salary range of $6,385 - $8,639 per month. Pay is dependent on experience, skills, and qualifications.
