SUMMARY: Under direction, supervise payroll functions; provide leadership and guidance; train, coordinate, review and assist in the evaluation of staff; maintain a high level of customer service for the department.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Associate Arts Degree from an accredited college in business or related field is required. Four (4) years of payroll/benefits and/or accounting experience, including the supervision and training of others is required.

Experience in a related field beyond the four-year requirement may be substituted for the years of education experience on a two years' experience equals one year of education basis. Possession of a valid California driver's license and proof of insurance are required. Personal transportation for job-related travel.
