Supervisor

Job Description: • Employee to supervise teams supporting structural and electrical work onboard aircraft carriers. Duties include: • Performing morning muster and daily briefs • Issuing daily progress reports • Verifying worker qualifications • Interfacing with Prime Contractor to set work priorities. • Notify leadership of problems • Time keeping for assigned employees. • Ensuring job sites are maintained clean and safe by the team. • Track tooling and material usage and identify when additional tooling or material is needed. • Ensure equipment is properly stored and secured when not in use.

Required Skills and Experience: • Experience at supervisor level at Naval Shipyard • Basic computer skills • Familiar with Microsoft software (Word, Excel) • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing. • Must be a U.S. citizen.
