About the Role:

The Supervisor of Staff is an integral member of Community Reach Center's Outpatient Division. The Supervisor under limited supervision, organizes, administers, and oversees the operation of an Outpatient location using evidence based/evidence-informed approaches to assist individuals with behavioral health needs. The Supervisor will carry a small caseload and will provide direct services to consumers. The Supervisor will work in collaboration with the Program Manager to supervise staff at both our Northglenn Outpatient office and our Early Childhood Services team.

Essential Functions:

  • Trains and evaluates staff to maintain quality within the team, encourage growth and development while instilling awareness of cultural diversity.

  • Supports Program Manager and Program staff in assessing and evaluating consumer's needs.

  • Part of interdisciplinary team staffing

  • Facilities/Co-facilities team meetings

  • Provide therapy in the office utilizing evidence-based practice models.

  • Ensure accuracy, quality and efficiency standards are met with regards to medical record standards and case management services for consumers. Advocates appropriate services for consumers.

  • Identify, implement, and monitor customer services standards to ensure team is meeting internal and external customer needs, in a professional manner.

  • Complete performance evaluations and provide appropriate coaching to ensure all employees perform at satisfactory levels, identify where discipline is appropriate.

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree Required from accredited program in Counseling or related field+

  • Ability to register with DORA

  • Requires a professional counseling licensure (LP, LPC, LMFT, LCSW),

  • Preferred, but not required 2+ years of experience as a supervisor, general performance coaching, and cultivating a learning environment is preferred.

  • Bilingual preferred, but not required

Physical Requirements:

  • Regularly required to, stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and keyboard.

  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work.

  • Light to moderate lifting is required,

  • Regular, predictable attendance is required.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday

Will work at two office locations: Northglenn Outpatient and Early Childhood Services

Salary Information:

Up to a $5,000 Sign on Bonus!!

Position Pay Range: $65,000 to $87,100 annually.

Starting Pay Range: $65,000 to $70,000 annually.
