As Supv. Accounting, you'll lead a team of accounting professionals as you continuously drive greater efficiencies and lower costs. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the enterprise to manage the accumulation, recording, accuracy and control of accounting transactions and assist in the resolution of accounting issues.

Manages workforce planning and career development activities for direct reports
Holds team accountable for performing all work in accordance with requirements, standards, policies, procedures and processes
Coordinates efforts to ensure adequate financial accounting controls and integrity of our financial records
Collaborates with stakeholders to develop and maintain accounting policies, standards and processes in accordance with GAAP and accounting regulations
Collaborates with stakeholders to develop and manage financial analysis and reporting
Leads complex projects

Education/Years of Experience:
Required: Bachelor's degree and a minimum of six (6) years' relevant accounting experience
Preferred: Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
Needs proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Application and PC skills
Preferred: Previous experience leading or supervising a team
