Position Overview: Supervisor of Community Education
Hours/Day: Full Time
Days/Year: 221
Compensation/benefits: DWA
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide instructional leadership for Community Education programs and promote educational achievement and instruction within all instructional programs, including but not limited to Adult Basic Education, Early Learning, Area Learning Center, School Age Care, Adult and Youth Enrichment.
Coordinate Community Education staff to advance educational opportunities and outcomes within the 191 community by working across various age groups and educational settings to promote lifelong learning and development.
License / Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Education
Master's degree preferred
Director of Community Education license or other MN Administrative license
Relative experience may be substituted for education
Experience:
Teaching experience preferred
Community Education experience preferred
