Supervisor Neuro Epilepsy - Neurodiagnostic LAB (Newport Beach, CA, US, 92617)

Salary Range: $47.7200 - $73.3700 /hour. Actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, skill level, and education.

Job Summary

The Supervisor of the Neurodiagnostic Lab, and Epilepsy departments oversees the day-to-day operations and ensures quality care is delivered to all patients in these areas. Responsibilities include fiscal management, employee performance management and development, productivity, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing policies and procedures. The Supervisor may also perform all Neurodiagnostic, and epilepsy cases up to level III and serves as clinical educator for the Neurodiagnostic staff. This position provides statistical and financial data for the department. Responds to billing and patient issues. Works with Epileptologists to develop a comprehensive Epilepsy Program. Manages all IT systems within the department. Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

• Graduate from a Neurodiagnostic Technology (NDT) program required.

• Five years' experience in an acute hospital or healthcare environment with at least dual specialty experience required.

• Experience with Microsoft Office required.

• Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Bilingual or multilingual preferred.

• Epic EMR experience preferred.

Certifications

• Registered EEG Technologist required.

• BLS Certification required.

• Certified in Long Term Monitoring (CLTM) required.
