Job Summary

Provides supervision to the monitoring technicians in the cardiac outpatient telemetry service center. Well-versed in all monitoring technician and SMS duties and responsibilities. Coordinates shift activities to reach department quality and efficiency goals.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the personnel and activities in the operation of respective functional areas within the cardiac outpatient telemetry service center

  • Train and oversee personnel on shift in compliance with all Company, HIPAA, and Medicare policies and procedures

  • Ensure compliance through monitoring/evaluating personnel and current monitoring practices

  • Provide ongoing in-service training programs for department personnel and other interested parties

  • Analyze quality and efficiency measurements

  • Problem solve practice, physician, and patient service issues

  • Assist in the implementation and enforcement of policies, processes, and procedures

  • Assist in the annual performance review of monitoring technicians

Education & Experience Requirements

  • Education: High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED)

  • Relevant Work Experience: 3 or more years of experience in a clinical setting involving ECG/EKC monitoring and/or interpretation and analysis; 1 year of supervisory experience; 1 year as a monitoring lead technician

  • Licenses/Certifications: CRAT/CCT Certification or RN or Paramedic/EMT with current ACLS

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Knowledge/Abilities Technical Skills:
    Strong knowledge of customer service, specifically telephone skills and medical documentation concepts

  • Communication Skills (Verbal/Written): Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to effectively communicate with personnel at all levels of the organization

  • Management/Leadership Skills:
    Team player, ability to be flexible, good listener with a high level of patience

  • Customer Service: Demonstrate strong customer service and interpersonal skills

  • Other: Demonstrated ability in problem solving of physician and customer/patient service issues; strong time management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment

Responsibilities: Capella Space is developing new services that leverage the ability of our SAR satellite constellation to rapidly and reliably acquire deep time-series data sets at very high resolution. We are seeking a Technical Product Manager to support the data science and software engineering teams by translating business and customer needs to product requirements, user stories, and roadmap. The Technical Product Manager will be responsible for guiding Capella's global change monitoring services from concept to market-ready product, as well as the product lifecycle beyond launch. The Technical Product Manager will be: * Working with the business and engineering teams to define clear product requirements, priorities, user stories, implementation timelines, and success criteria; * Working with the data science and software engineering teams as product owner in the development process; * Supporting the engineering teams by rapidly seeking any needed clarification on user needs and success criteria; * Ensuring technical debt is surfaced, properly prioritized, and retired; * Coordinating with Product Marketing and the rest of the business team to understand and document detailed user needs and business model considerations; * Coordinating with Product Marketing and the rest of the business team to measure the success of new product features and deprecate features that are no longer providing business value; * Developing product documentation and user guides; * Acting as the technical expert and product evangelist in customer meetings; * Keeping the leadership team and the rest of the company apprised of the development roadmap, status, and risks; * You reside in the US * You have at least 2 years of previous experience in a product management role; * You have at least 5 years of previous experience in technical leadership, software engineering, and agile development; * You have experience working on data science applications with raster or multi-dimensional array datasets; * You have experience using modern APIs, SDKs, and other developer tools; * You have excellent technical writing and communications skills; * You enjoy listening to user needs and are passionate about making customers and users successful; * You enjoy leading new initiatives and can take full ownership and responsibility for successful outcomes; * Earth observation and satellite imagery are exciting to you and you are passionate about how they can be used to improve the world; * You are open to travel up to 20% of your time to support users around the world.
